Biography:

Dr. Xiaochen Liu graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Nanjing Institute of Meteorology and worked with the Shanghail Meteorology Bureau for a couple of years from 2001. From 2003, she continued her postgraduate education in Atmospheric Physics and obtained a Master of Science from Chinese Academy of Meteorological Sciences (CAMS) in 2006. In 2009, she completed her PhD at National University of Ireland Maynooth in conjunction with ICARUS. Her PhD title is Climate Change and Sustainable Urban Development: A Case study of the Greater Dublin Region
